4. Reverse Stab Buy / Sell

After a fading Stab Buy/Sell model pattern, 

the Reverse Buy/Sell pattern is in development.


The Reverse Stab/Buy Model is to wait for the market price to return to the 

upper/lower Keltner Bands and trade in the original breakout direction. 

  • If the first trade model pattern were a Stab Sell, then the Reverse Stab Sell would 

be to look for the market to go back to the 1.5 deviation upper Keltner Bands from

 the 15 Moving Average to begin to go long the market at or near the upper bands.

  • The opposite would be valid after a Stab Buy. Reverse Stab Buy would go short 

at the lower bands on the retracement back up to the lower bands.
